- Answer incoming calls, making, amending and cancelling appointments as per Care Navigation protocols.
- Raising prescriptions as per Practice protocols
- Deal with general enquiries including home visit requests, message taking and contacting other providers.

Job summary
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with excellent customer care skills to work within our Reception Team. You will be responsible for working within a busy department, answering telephones and working together as a team to help patients, support the doctors and extended multidisciplinary team. You would be expected to work over our main site and branch surgery.
Excellent organisational skills, team working and problem solving skills are essential for working in this post, you should have excellent communication and telephone sills, together with the experience of working with the general public with a caring approach.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who shares our commitment to delivering high quality patient care, and who has the interest and energy to join with us in providing excellent services to our patients.
We offer 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays as well as an extra days annual leave for every year worked up to a maximum of 5.
30 hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday 6 hours per day.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday morning shift is 08:00 14:00.
Thursday and Friday PM shift is 12:30-6:30.
