Reliance Management Services is seeking a remote IT Support candidate for a work schedule of Friday, Saturday and Sunday 12-hour shifts and some additional overnight coverages, as needed.

Job Title: Teleradiology Applications Support I

Position Description: Supports multiple external clinical applications, systems, and workflows for 24/7/365 multi-facility hospital sites, working directly with Radiologists located in various locations throughout the United States and outlying regions, as well as supporting hospital staff in urgent patient care scenarios. **Required hardware equipment will be provided. Must have strong, reliable internet connection.

Qualifications: Medical terminology necessary. Prior experience working in Hospital/Radiology, Technologist or Medical Assistant preferred. Excellent computer skills a must. Experience with PACS, RIS, and dictation systems and corresponding workflows a plus. Additional IT or computer certifications helpful but not required.

Ability to build collaborative relationships with Radiologists and hospital/ER staff requests for Advent, HCA facilities, Seven Rivers facilities, Flagler Health facilities, and Halifax facilities in addition to several smaller outpatient facilities.

1. Basic Knowledge of Information Technology related support is needed to diagnose and escalate to the IT support team, when necessary, especially for on-call. Multi-application experience in an outpatient or hospital-based environment helpful.

2. Must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and have excellent interpersonal, time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.

3. Must be able to perform basic troubleshooting of computer applications and related systems in order to escalate, when necessary.

4. Access to reliable, high-speed internet is required for this position. Limited and irregular travel is expected.

5. Project work may be assigned by management for projects related to hospital and/or Teleradiology workflows.
