- Work closely with the Senior Director of Teletherapy in the development, growth, and optimization of the Teletherapy Program and teletherapy platform, Televate.
- Provide planning, direction, and advanced expertise to design specific teletherapy programs for schools, so they can meet Speech-Language Pathology student needs.
- Collaborate with Recruitment, Client Sales, & Account Management around the fulfillment and delivery of teletherapy programs.
- Provide Demonstrations and Consultations to district partners on Speech-Language Pathology and Teletherapy services.
- Identify additional development opportunities or resources for the teletherapy platform, Televate.
- Work closely with Client Sales, Account Management, and Proposal Team to market and optimally sell Teletherapy programs and services.
- Work with AMN’s Clinical and Recruitment team to develop training related to school-based teletherapy services.
- Assist Clinical team in troubleshooting delivery of teletherapy services Manage teletherapy operations team for clinician and client setup on Televate, identifying teletherapy resources, assessments, and overall onboarding of Teletherapists.
- Hold reoccurring meetings with Teletherapists and School district partners to ensure duties are being performed according to district and program requirements.
- Work with marketing to design Teletherapy content directed at client and candidate communities to assist in lead generation.
- Maintains professional affiliations and is expected to enhance professional growth and development.
- Responsible for keeping current on the Teletherapy Industry trends, regulations, and legislation.
- Host Webinars to discuss current and prospective clients and candidates on relevant topics related to providing school-based speech-language teletherapy services.
- Participate at career fairs, national conferences, and client visits to educate Clients & Speech-Language Pathologists on Teletherapy.
- Master's Degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology, or the equivalent.
- Current CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA (American Speech–Language–Hearing Association).
- Current Speech-Language Pathology Licensure in state of residence.
- 2+ years of experience as an on-site school-based speech-language pathologist
- 2+ years of experience providing school-based teletherapy services, including evaluations, treatment, and case management.
- Experience providing school- and clinician-facing school-based teletherapy expertise and support.
- Clinical Operations and Sales Support Experience | Preferred

Job Summary
The Teletherapy Program Manager, SLP (Speech Language Pathologist), is responsible for supporting the growth and quality of the School Teletherapy program. This role will require direct experience and a solid understanding of school-based teams and services, expert-level subject matter expertise in teletherapy, and all school-based speech-language pathology services. The Teletherapy Program Manager, SLP, will also be responsible for the development and training of the company's teletherapy platform, Televate.

Pay Rate
$82,000 - $97,500 SalaryFinal pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
