      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Independently manage the development, maintenance, and quality assurance of database systems and grant administration platforms
      - Gather requirements and plan data migration for various applications and dashboards
      - Provide technical support for system users and develop user documentation and guides
      - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of grants and loan systems
      - Monitor and report on system performance and user feedback for continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in providing technical support for systems or specialized software
      - Knowledge of system or software design, development, and implementation
      - Familiarity with grants and loans, particularly in the context of federal funding for housing and community development
      - Minimum educational requirement: relevant experience in housing and community development or a related field
      - Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with online or digital system design and development
      - Familiarity with creating and supporting process and procedure documentation
      - Experience working with consultants or contractors in software implementation
      - Knowledge of federal funding processes related to community development programs
      - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
