      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform complex duties related to loan closings, relocation plans, and extensive legal research within the Legal Affairs Division
      - Work under pressure to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with various parties
      - Assist in document preparation for complex loan closings
      - Conduct extensive research within the Legal Affairs Division
      - Communicate effectively with members of the public, localities, and state agencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must meet the minimum requirements outlined in the Class Specification
      - Experience with legal research, writing, and document preparation
      - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
      - Strong analytical and organizational skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with e-document discovery software such as WestLaw, Lexis/Nexis
      - Ability to work collaboratively with individuals from diverse backgrounds
      - Strong oral and written communication skills
      - Experience in handling confidential information
      - Ability to independently prioritize and manage workload
