      The Opportunity

      MassMutual Federal Credit Union (MMFCU) is seeking a member service oriented individual for a 32-hour Teller position based in our Springfield, MA office. This is a great opportunity for a member service oriented, self-motivated individual who enjoys working with people. We are seeking candidates who are friendly, outgoing and have a great personality.

      The Impact

      Duties include but are not limited to:

      • Perform daily transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, money orders, savings bonds, etc.) accurately and efficiently with a friendly and courteous demeanor.

      • Balance daily teller work

      • Explain credit union products and services to customers

      The Minimum Qualifications

      • A High School Diploma or GED

      The Ideal Qualifications

      • Customer/ Member Service experience in retail or a financial service setting

      • Schedule flexibility

      Compensation

      • $15.50-$16.25 per hour USD
