- Provide linguistic expertise in phonetics, phonology, lexicography, dialectology, and NLP.
- Design and run experiments to evaluate transcription quality.
- Develop manual and automated processes for text normalization, label alignment, and POS tagging.
- Manage lexical and phrasal transcriptions with metadata.
- Analyze system performance metrics and provide improvements.
- Native speaker of Telugu
- Strong knowledge of phonetics, phonology, sociolinguistics, and dialectology
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Experience with waveforms/spectrogram analysis
- Programming (Python)
- Working with large-scale linguistic data
- Deep dive data analysis
