What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the Global Payments Team with day-to-day financial activities
- Establish and maintain vendor records and banking instructions in the employer's ERP system
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve banking issues promptly
- Serve as Program Administrator for the employer's Expense Reporting Platform and manage credit card operations
- Perform ad-hoc reporting and assist with other assigned tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in accounting or finance
- Technical expertise in invoices, expenses, payments, and banking processes
- Advanced knowledge of domestic and international payment protocols
- Proficiency with Dynamics 365 or similar accounting platforms
- Experience with financial tools such as Concur; preferred experience with Coupa
