What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage full-cycle recruitment with a strong focus on technical hiring while supporting other business functions

- Drive temp and contingent workforce hiring initiatives, ensuring compliance with company policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years in technical hiring
- Experience recruiting early to mid-career talent across technical and business domains
- Strong experience in strategic sourcing, behavioral interviewing, and stakeholder management
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive hiring results efficiently
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with temp or contingent hiring is strongly preferred
- Experience working with Greenhouse and Gem is a plus
