      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform operational and procedural assignments requiring judgment and discretion
      - Handle confidential information and make recommendations to improve processes
      - Provide administrative support ranging from front office assistance to executive-level support
      - Assist in calendar management and customer service tasks
      - Collaborate with various departments at UC Irvine Campus and UC Irvine Medical Center

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience with administrative procedures including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
      - Basic verbal and written communication skills, active listening, and time management skills
      - Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions in English
      - High school diploma and/or equivalent experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in an administrative support role within a higher education environment
      - Familiarity with UC Irvine's administrative processes and procedures
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
