What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform data entry for Laboratory Requisitions and conduct insurance verification
- Provide quality customer service through effective communication and education
- Research and resolve lab orders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accuracy in obtaining required information during the verification process
- Manage order entry processes, guest relations, and various clerical duties

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of healthcare experience
- Experience with medical insurance in a hospital or physician's office setting, particularly in Laboratory registration and insurance verification
- Data entry skills
- Must be available for hire within two weeks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
- Familiarity with laboratory processes and terminology
