      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle incoming calls related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues
      - Address patient service needs such as updating billing information and establishing payment plans
      - Provide quality customer service and ensure satisfaction through effective communication
      - Assist with scheduling patient appointments and resolving payment inquiries
      - Conduct research and resolution of telephone inquiries from members or patients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of two years of customer service experience
      - Experience in medical insurance within a hospital or physician's office setting preferred
      - Data entry skills
      - Experience with Epic EMR and high-volume call center operations preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience registering patients in a healthcare setting
      - Knowledge of laboratory billing processes
      - Familiarity with insurance verification and claims processing
      - Additional certifications related to customer service or healthcare administration
      - Background in pediatrics or related fields
