What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design or optimize existing database objects, models, and reporting solutions
- Migrate large data from multiple legacy databases to create accurate and usable datasets
- Synthesize data and implement data governance practices for enhanced reporting
- Test for data integrity issues and proactively identify potential risks for data inconsistencies
- Communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of extensive, hands-on experience with SQL via SSMS/ADS
- 3+ years of intermediate experience with Power BI, demonstrating strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop/Service and DAX
- Proven ability to take initiative and apply a solution-oriented approach to analytical problem-solving
- Experience translating data into effective visualizations/reporting
- End-to-end Business Intelligence architecture and analysis experience preferred

- Exposure to large-scale data analysis, complex conversion, and related Azure SQL functions
- Demonstrated success in developing enterprise-level solutions
