      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurately complete data entry of lists and review transcribed voice clips from a mobile app
      - Maintain ongoing communication with team members and Content Claims Specialists regarding project progress
      - Adhere to workflow deadlines and document claim-related information meticulously
      - Make necessary changes based on Quality Assurance reviews and submit daily work/time logs
      - Perform additional related duties as assigned

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Secondary School diploma
      - Prior experience in data entry, retail, transcription, or customer service
      - Reliable, high-speed internet and a personal computer or laptop running Windows 10 or 11
      - Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and online research
      - Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills in English
