      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Input data from candidate education documents using Microsoft Excel or other software as directed
      - Maintain confidentiality of customers' personally identifiable information (PII)
      - Adhere to documented policies and procedures while performing duties
      - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain effective communication with internal and external contacts
      - Assist with auxiliary tasks related to the international credential evaluation process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Exceptional typing skills and high attention to detail
      - Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience working in a client services setting
      - Familiarity with business-related computer software (i.e., MS Word/Excel)
