What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide general desktop support to approximately 4,500 clients under general supervision
- Independently configure, install, maintain, and upgrade computers running Windows or Macintosh operating systems
- Troubleshoot and support standardized systems and environments for clients
- Utilize tools effectively to deliver efficient and secure client support
- Install and configure VPN for supported clients and manage competing priorities effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with MacOS and Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Excellent communication skills via email and phone
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with Microsoft Deployment Tool (MDT) for imaging systems
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent experience/training, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of IBM BigFix system tools, Bomgar Representative Console, Active Directory, Workspace One, and JAMF Pro
- Skills in project management
- Ability to apply professional business/technical support concepts to resolve hardware, software, and networking issues
