      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
      - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents while ensuring the confidentiality of records and information
      - Organize meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
      - Plan and coordinate business travel, including managing itineraries and post-travel expenses
      - Provide administrative oversight and support for strategic projects and cross-departmental collaboration

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
      - Proficient in Microsoft Outlook for calendar management
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage confidential information
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

      - Experience in a higher education environment or with executive-level support
      - Strong project management skills and ability to work independently on sensitive assignments
      - Familiarity with university policies and procedures
