      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure administrative processes and office operations run smoothly in the executive's office
      - Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
      - Prepare reports, presentations, and documents while managing files, records, and confidential information
      - Organize meeting agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action items from meetings
      - Assist with strategic projects and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth execution

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of relevant experience in an administrative support role
      - Bachelor's degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience/training
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook for calendar management
      - Experience in travel and expense management, including planning business travel and managing reimbursements
      - Ability to handle highly confidential and critical information with discretion

      - Experience providing administrative oversight for senior executives
      - Skills in project coordination and cross-departmental collaboration
      - Familiarity with preparing sensitive reports and documents
      - Knowledge of university administrative processes and protocols
