Job Description
- Req#: 22001696
- Provide phone support/training for Panda applications for projects
- Resolve IS technical problems or escalate to the next level of support
- Interface directly with Store associates or Support Center associates via phone or e-mail
- Identify gaps and opportunities based on support/training requests
- Work closely with other IT staff to ensure clear communication on outstanding issues and customer problems
- Organize and prioritize daily work activities

- Technical ability to troubleshoot PC hardware, connectivity, and network issues
- Communicate effectively with internal and external personnel, both verbally and in writing
- Degree in IT related field highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required training
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
- If hired, successful completion of store training
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Flexible to work on weekends
- Self-starter, self-disciplined and able to work unsupervised
Summary of Job Descriptions
The remote and hybrid Helpdesk Support representatives are responds to and diagnoses problems through phone, email, and chat with Store Associates or PRG associates (depending on project), ensuring satisfactory customer service. This position recognizes and researches problems and resolves basic problems while referring more complex problems to higher levels for satisfactory resolution. This position follows up to ensure timely resolution of all problems.
