      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to employee inquiries regarding leave of absence and accommodation processes
      - Advise supervisors on leave laws and employee protections
      - Act as a liaison between employees on leave and their supervisors
      - Monitor employee absenteeism and manage performance related to disability
      - Collaborate with outsourced absence management companies to oversee leave certifications and accommodations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar Human Resources Specialist role, preferably in Property Management
      - High School diploma or equivalency certificate required; HR Certification and/or college degree preferred
      - Valid Driver's License and good driving record may be required
      - Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
      - Strong computer skills, including MS Office, Google Apps, and HRIS/HCM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a similar HR Specialist role within a Property Management or related organization
      - HR Certification or relevant college degree
      - Familiarity with various HRIS/HCM systems
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills
