      **This opportunity is a temporary W2 role that will be contracted through a 3rd party vendor, Cypress.**

      Job Title: Temporary Instructional Designer

      Department: Learning & Development

      Estimated Hours Per Week: 20-30 hours

      Tentative Schedule Needed: Flexible, available to connect occasionally during normal business hours to align on projects

      Target Start Date: 1/19/2026

      Contract End Date: 6/30/2026

      Basic responsibilities will include:

      • Analyze source materials and lesson content
      • Work with Senior Instructional Designers, learning managers, and content SME’s to clarify processes and get questions answered
      • Design and develop eLearning materials in Articulate Storyline & Rise
      • Build simulations and interactive eLearning content
      • Edit eLearning to incorporate images, process updates, and branding based on project needs
      • Communicate proactively and work productively to meet deadlines
      • Utilize project management tools and follow file governance policies to manage tasks, pass tasks between team members, track time, and ensure files are up-to-date and accurate

      Please note: All temporary workers will be responsible for providing their own equipment and reliable internet connection to perform responsibilities.
