      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support for immigration petitions and applications, including nonimmigrant categories, labor certifications, and naturalization applications
      - Type, proofread, format, and edit legal documents according to established procedures
      - Compile, review, finalize, and file immigration documents with government agencies under tight deadlines
      - Maintain and organize attorney and client files, both paper and electronic
      - Communicate with clients and business contacts via telephone and email, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years' experience in a law firm; 1+ year of experience in an immigration legal department preferred
      - Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel) and Kofax Power PDF
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of attention to detail
      - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
      - High school diploma or GED certification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with INSZoom immigration software and document management systems
      - Experience with timekeeping programs and other legal office software
      - Ability to draft basic immigration forms and letters
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to learn new programs quickly
      - Calm and composed demeanor in stressful situations
