      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform data entry, word processing, and manage program data and case files
      - Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, staff, and community partners
      - Assist in conducting client intakes and support attorneys with case-related tasks
      - Coordinate project services, partner organization collaboration, and contribute to grant reports
      - Organize and produce webinars, trainings, and community events, both virtually and in-person

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of paralegal, legal secretary, or equivalent work experience
      - Certificate from a paralegal program or BA/BS degree with at least 1 year of law-related experience under a California bar attorney
      - Proficiency with MS Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
      - Spanish proficiency with the ability to provide written and oral translations
      - Commitment to the mission of equal justice and values of leadership, community advocacy, and innovation

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Thorough knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures
      - Proficiency with legal research databases such as Lexis Nexis or Westlaw
      - Experience with web-based document management systems like NetDocuments
      - Familiarity with case management systems such as Legal Server
