      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Make outbound calls to patients to gather demographic and clinical information
      - Document patient information accurately in the internal eIntake system
      - Communicate with physician offices to obtain necessary prescriptions and documentation
      - Ensure patient qualifications for equipment prior to service transition
      - Report status updates to the Field Operations Manager regarding documentation progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED equivalent
      - Background investigation and drug screen contingent upon employment
      - Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)
      - Strong customer service background, preferably in healthcare or DME
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare, DME, or customer service
      - Strong active listening and interpersonal skills
      - High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
      - Proficient in computer systems and software
