      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Submit prior authorizations to insurance companies to ensure prescription coverage for patients
      - Verify insurance coverage and prescription formularies to facilitate timely prescription pickup
      - Maintain accurate documentation of authorizations and monitor patient prescription authorizations
      - Address patient concerns and questions regarding the authorization process via phone
      - Collaborate with insurance companies, pharmacies, and providers to resolve authorization issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Proficiency in using personal computers for word processing and electronic spreadsheets
      - Minimum of one year of experience in office work
      - Effective verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of chemical dependency and its effects on individuals, families, and communities
