      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple positions concurrently across various departments
      - Build relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop innovative recruitment strategies
      - Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and enhance the candidate experience
      - Negotiate offer terms and draft offer letters for successful candidates
      - Collaborate with the attorney talent acquisition team to assist with overflow work and projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a multi-office professional services firm
      - Demonstrated technical skills in full-cycle recruiting
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with emotional intelligence
      - Proficient in MS Office 365, including Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Word
      - Experience using ATS/CRM for sourcing and managing candidates

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience sourcing passive candidates through tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
      - Demonstrated learning agility to address skill gaps and ability to receive feedback
      - Expert relationship-building skills, with the ability to manage difficult situations diplomatically
      - Proficient problem-solving skills with minimal oversight required
      - Willingness to travel as needed
