      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide tier I technical support for customer inquiries related to Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) and CPR training products
      - Respond to email inquiries and provide timely, accurate information to customers
      - Update and maintain customer online records and enter data accurately in CRM tools
      - Assist customers by adapting technical responses from multiple applications and escalating concerns as needed
      - Collaborate with sales staff to ensure consistent and efficient resolution of customer issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of three (3) years of experience, including at least two (2) years in a customer service or call center environment
      - At least one (1) year of experience providing first-level technical support
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Two (2) years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
      - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
      - Experience with Microsoft Excel
