What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate, analyze, design, and implement information management systems across the organization
- Develop, recommend, and implement network, telecommunications, and computer systems
- Administer network and multi-user computer systems, ensuring optimal performance and security
- Collaborate with programming staff to resolve hardware and software operational issues
- Conduct special studies and prepare reports on system use, budget projections, and system designs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or a closely related field
- Minimum of two years of experience in systems design and analysis, systems programming, or network administration
- Experience with data and voice communications systems
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of QA best practices
- Familiarity with large-scale .NET systems and experience in leading QA testing strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 8 years of experience with large-scale .NET systems and complex business rules
- Proficiency with QA tools such as Azure DevOps Test Plans
- Experience in test automation concepts and tools like Playwright and Selenium
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Certifications such as ISTQB or Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
