      Understands the customer tender, drafting requirements of Key clients
      and performs/updates the tasks/steps in the system as illustrated
      without any supervision. Performs audits of work performed by Team
      member Sales.

      Responsibilities:

      • Handle all negotiation rounds of Tender for All Customer Segmentations and assigned customers.
      • Own Tender accounts E2E and have knowledge in length and breadth of the account being handled
      • Deliver a timely and accurate output to key stakeholders/customers
      • Identify trends and work with teams to improve customer experience
      • Focal point for Clusters act, as liaison between Cluster and GSC teams for the specific customer
      • Ambassador for a Cluster towards the GSC organization and vice versa, helping address cross- functional/cross-process issues and continuous improvement
      • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and SLA's are maintained for all processes handled
      • Drive active engagement activities with the Cluster
      • Drive joint initiatives between GSC and sales based on customer wise challenges
      • Responsible for customer-specific performance monitoring, management, and discussion – IQ/BOM

      Required Skills:

      • Graduate. Experience in Tender contracting processes (Must Have).
      • Proficiency in Excel & Data Analytics using excel (Must Have).
      • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
      • Filling up of Customer rate sheets for Logistics & Services tenders with rates advised from global or regional product heads/approving authorities, review validate customer template, etc.
