What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide territory management and appointment scheduling support to the sales organization
- Schedule meetings for External Wholesalers with financial professionals
- Analyze territories using mapping software and data to maximize efficiency
- Support retention and conversion of financial professionals through report analysis
- Utilize CRM software to manage outreach and log activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two years of relevant professional work experience
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills and understanding of business communication standards
- Experience with outbound phone calls and customer relations
- Ability to work within eastern business hours
