      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide territory management and appointment scheduling support for the distribution organization
      - Schedule face-to-face and virtual meetings for External Wholesalers
      - Analyze territories using mapping software and data to make strategic recommendations
      - Utilize Salesforce dashboards to assist with outreach and maximize territory efficiency
      - Complete follow-up tasks for meetings, conferences, and marketing campaigns through outbound communications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of relevant professional work experience
      - Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
      - Excellent communication skills and understanding of written business communication standards
      - Proven ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment
      - Experience with CRM/customer service relations

      - Previous experience with scheduling software or technology
      - Confident in making outbound phone calls
      - Ability to manage varied communication styles with resiliency
