      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Identify new sales opportunities within the Architect and Design community to achieve financial objectives
      - Collaborate with inside sales and distributor representatives to track project development and sales growth
      - Enhance partnerships with local distributor branches for effective project execution and coaching
      - Prepare monthly demand forecasts and market reports to track sales performance
      - Close sales with OEMs and target accounts within the assigned territory

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience
      - Demonstrated ability in sales and business-to-business (B2B) selling
      - Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills
      - Ability to travel within designated markets, including some overnight travel

      - Experience in selling architecturally specified products
      - Knowledge of local markets and competitive landscape
      - Proven ability to motivate others and lead by example
      - Familiarity with computer systems and programs
