      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with customers both digitally and physically to provide innovative solutions and solve industry problems
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service and marketing, to enhance the customer experience
      - Manage customer accounts by building relationships and providing product training and demonstrations
      - Maintain a proactive and consultative sales approach to explore customer needs
      - Travel to customer locations, covering a territory that includes Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and both North and South Dakota

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of an Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Proven self-motivation and a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals
      - Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
      - Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively manage territory
      - Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in the automotive aftermarket industry (mechanical or collision) is recommended but not required
      - Basic proficiency with CRM tools, reporting, and sales technology
