What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a $3M sales territory by providing technical sales support
- Motivate and train authorized industrial distributors
- Prospect for new business opportunities while managing existing customer base
- Implement strategies to support the profitable growth of product lines
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales engagement activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of industrial or business-to-business sales experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering preferred
- Value-added selling experience
- Time and project management skills
- Experience working with industrial distribution is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Overnight travel up to 20% required
