- An Effective Seller:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Stay updated with industry knowledge, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Dedicated to Customer Relationships:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients within the territory.
- Understand clients' business needs and propose suitable product or service solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Skilled in Territory Management:
- Effectively manage the sales territory, including planning and organizing sales visits.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to the Regional Sales Director or other members of the Sales Leadership team.
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years of translatable experience.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the assigned territory (Tennessee, Arkansas, Alabama, Mississippi). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the sales process.
Candidates must reside within this territory due to travel requirements to customers. Ideally located near a major metro city for travel convenience.
