What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet and exceed profit objectives, volume quotas, and service targets for Away from Home Beverage in your territory
- Establish and maintain relationships within distribution and the non-commercial channel
- Maximize profitable beverage sales opportunities through effective marketing and distributor programs
- Develop basic business plans and manage an active customer pipeline for strategic growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to achieve business results and manage costs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-5 years of B2B or B2C food sales experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Must be able to travel as necessary, averaging 2-3 overnights per month
- Clean driving record and residence within the specified cities: Rochester, Syracuse, or Albany, NY
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in foodservice sales and working with foodservice distributors
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce
- Demonstrated problem-solving, data analysis, and time management skills
