      Our Territory Manager will be a driven inside sales professional responsible for accelerating revenue growth across a defined territory. This role is remote-first with field travel to deepen relationships and support your practices.

      You will manage the full sales cycle virtually, prospecting, educating, and closing - while leveraging in-person visits for strategic account management, business reviews, and field-level engagement. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a high-volume, consultative sales environment and are passionate about animal health.

      The ideal candidate will be located in Boston, MA area and be responsible for our New England Territory.

      When will you work?
      • This is a full-time remote position, working within the New England Territory.

      What you'll do:
      • Sales Execution & Revenue Growth
        • Own a defined territory with accountability for revenue performance across compounded medications and commercial product lines
        • Conduct high-volume outbound sales activity via phone, email, and video to drive prescribing behavior, office stock growth, and platform engagement
        • Deliver virtual consultations to veterinarians, practice managers, and staff to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
        • Educate practices on compounding, regulatory guidance, and Wedgewood's product and platform benefits
        • Qualify new leads and penetrate existing accounts to expand share-of-wallet
        • Maintain a robust virtual sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals
        • Utilize CRM (Salesforce) for documentation, pipeline management, and sales forecasting
      • Consultative Practice Engagement
        • Act as a trusted advisor to veterinarians, practice managers, and technicians, delivering clinical and operational guidance that improves prescribing efficiency and patient outcomes.
        • Identify practice challenges and deliver solutions that align with Wedgewood's value proposition.
        • Educate practices on regulatory requirements, best practices in compounding, and differentiators of Wedgewood's services.
        • Support practices in driving compliance, adoption of office stock, and utilization of Blue Rabbit or third-party platforms.
      • Account Management & Field Activation
        • Conduct strategic in-person visits with Tier 1 and high-value practices
        • Develop action plans for top accounts including tailored campaigns, virtual business reviews, and relationship management
        • Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and Operations to drive account success

      Who you are:
      • You've spent 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally within animal health, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare services, building trusted relationships and delivering results.
      • You've successfully managed the full sales cycle - from prospecting and discovery to pitching and closing deals.
      • Your consultative sales approach helps you uncover client needs and present tailored solutions that drive value.
      • You know how to maintain and prioritize a sales pipeline, and you're confident forecasting with accuracy.
      • You've presented to key stakeholders and decision-makers, delivering compelling messages that win business.
      • You're experienced with Salesforce or similar CRMs to track activity, manage leads, and stay organized.

      • You're self-motivated, independent, and thrive in a fast-paced environment without needing handholding.
      • You're highly organized, able to juggle multiple opportunities while staying focused on your goals.
      • You bring a strategic mindset and a customer-first attitude, always looking for ways to solve problems and add value.
      • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

      • Salary Range includes a base salary + Incentive Compensation Plan is targeted at ($120K- $150K)
