      Summary of Responsibilities:

      Territory Sales Manager, British Columbia will report directly to the Director of Sales, Canada and be responsible for driving new Dealer development in the outdoor power equipment & power tool market segments (EGO, FLEX, SKIL, SKILSAW) and management of existing OPE & Power Tool Dealers. This will include identifying opportunities with current customers, prospect customers and end users. This person will be creative, focused and highly motivated to drive sales at all levels and doing this is with a “We Are One Team” mentality.

      The Territory Sales Manager, British Columbia will reside in the province of B.C, preferably in the lower mainland or Vancouver Island.

      Key Job Responsibilities:

      • Ensure all business operations are done in accordance with company goals and standards.
      • Own the relationship with our customers and end users at each level by conducting business with them utilizing Chervon’s core values.
      • Identify incremental business opportunities within current key accounts.
      • Develop and secure new flagship partners/Dealers for brands (EGO, FLEX, SKIL, SKILSAW).
      • Develop end user relationships with all levels of government as well as privately owned end users in the commercial landscape & commercial construction space.
      • Attend dealer, national and regional trade shows and meetings and events promoting all Chervon products.
      • Provide training and sales support for dealers in his/her region.

      Requirements:

      • Ability to develop strong relationships and work cross functionally
      • Bachelor’s degree in Business / Marketing or related business degree preferred
      • Proficient in Salesforce CRM
      • Proficient in Microsoft products including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      • Experience as a Territory Manager or similar role in a dealer environment
      • Outdoor power equipment and power tools experience a plus

      • Ability to work under pressure– recognize urgency, reset priorities, complete projects on time and continue to communicate effectively
      • Ability to work in a team environment

      Supervisory Responsibility:

      This position does not have supervisory responsibility.

      Work Environment/Travel:

      Role will require 80% travel within the territory; overnight stay within territory, drive a company vehicle and at times, pull a trailer. A valid Passport is required with occasional travel to United States and possibly China.

      Canadian office is in Mississauga, Ontario. Periodic attendance will be required.
