What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize fact-based selling tools and technology to sell company priorities to Key Decision Makers
- Customize and implement advanced selling tools and strategies to achieve sustainable results
- Sell in contracts to support delivery of distribution, shelving, and merchandising objectives
- Measure and evaluate specific territory business, providing solutions for gaps
- Prepare materials for in-store and HQ sales presentations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or HS Diploma with equivalent work experience
- Ability to lift 40lbs
- Ability to travel overnight if required
- Ability to work remotely
- Prior experience in field sales and territory management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of selling experience
- Prior experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or retail sales
- Prior selling experience in convenience, grocery, or other retail channels
