What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute territory-specific strategies to achieve sales performance targets and build customer relationships
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with lab partners to ensure successful customer relations
- Conduct ongoing analysis of market changes and customer needs to inform account strategies
- Train customer service personnel and partner lab representatives on premium branded products
- Anticipate and proactively address customer needs and issues, enhancing overall customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 1 to 3 years of demonstrated sales experience
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance coverage, and access to a vehicle
- Ability to travel within the territory up to 90% of the time
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with the employer's policy
