      Responsibilities:

      • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your existing network of customer relationships.
      • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
      • Proactively promote Vileda Professional systems to address specific application opportunities.
      • Manage and grow your own sales territory, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
      • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall company success.
      • Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and territory performance.
      • Utilize an insight-led selling approach (Challenger Sale).


      Qualifications:

      • B.S. is preferred (preferably in Marketing, Management, Economics, Sales, Business Administration, or Microbiology).
      • Home office preferred in the East / Northeast within 1 hour of a major airport: Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA; Newark, NJ; New York, NY; Washington, D.C. (or major cities in TX - Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, or Fort Worth).
      • Travel required as needed (approximately 45 to 65%).
      • Experience with insight led selling / selling differentiated products (Challenger Sale).
      • Proven experience in sales (hunter) and building business within the Healthcare marketplace.
      • Mechanical cleaning / disinfection knowledge.
      • Understanding of 4 End User Groups: Healthcare Laundries; Hospitals; Contracted Managed Services; Linen/GPO Distribution programs.
      • Additional prior job experience may include Environmental Services (EVS), Infection Preventionist (IP), Nurse/Nursing Manger.
      • Ambition to advance into a Healthcare Sales Director role, managing and leading the sales team.
      • High level understanding of Microsoft Office (Primarily: Excel, Word and Power Point).
      • High level understanding documenting a sales funnel to include process and activities.
