What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive new business by prospecting, networking, and closing deals with restaurants
- Meet clients face-to-face to understand their needs and demonstrate tech solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor, focusing on problem-solving without pushy sales tactics
- Utilize tools like Salesforce to track activity and forecast performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Proven ability to build authentic client relationships with a hunter mentality
- Experience with hospitality or restaurant technology (POS systems, digital ordering, payment platforms)
- Strong communication skills and confidence in client interactions
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a willingness to travel daily within the Houston area
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Familiarity with small business owners and franchise operations
- Background in front-of-house or back-of-house roles in the hospitality industry
