      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategies to enhance agency relationships and drive growth for GEICO and affiliated products
      - Interview, approve, and manage job applicants and agency staff, including performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
      - Implement national initiatives at the local level, ensuring agents meet performance and operational goals
      - Deliver training and support to agency staff on product features, services, and marketing strategies
      - Monitor agency performance and utilize data analysis to inform strategic decisions and pre-call strategies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation, including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience, preferably in claims
      - Valid driver's license and auto insurance, with compliance to driving standards
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
      - Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Prior experience driving sales results
      - Experience working with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health)
