What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage independent agency relationships to enhance profitable growth of the employer's products
- Conduct training sessions for agency staff on product offerings and marketing strategies
- Monitor and evaluate agency performance against established goals and guidelines
- Translate national strategic initiatives into actionable local objectives
- Prepare departmental business plans, budgets, and staffing projections
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Minimum of 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in person and via phone
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and follow complex instructions
- Must be able to learn and apply technical and procedural information effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Prior experience driving sales results in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with various lines of insurance, including property & casualty, commercial, and life/health
- Experience in conflict resolution and facilitation
- Ability to adapt to different communication styles and engage effectively with diverse audiences
