What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain agency relationships to increase profitability of the employer's products
- Manage agents through in-person, virtual, phone, and email interactions to ensure performance and compliance
- Translate national strategic initiatives into local goals and hold agents accountable for execution
- Conduct training sessions for agency staff on the employer's products, services, and value proposition
- Prepare department business plans, staffing projections, and budgets while monitoring agency performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to perform essential functions, including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking
- Minimum of 3 years of sales or relevant experience
- Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance, with compliance to driving standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience driving sales results
- Experience with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health)
