What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Expand agency distribution by prospecting, interviewing, and approving new appointments
- Manage agent relationships using in-person, virtual, phone, and email communication to enhance agency performance
- Translate national strategic initiatives into local goals and ensure agent accountability
- Conduct training sessions for agency staff on GEICO products, services, and marketing strategies
- Monitor agent performance and implement corrective actions when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to perform essential functions, including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking, with or without accommodation
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow complex instructions
- Minimum of 3 years of sales or relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Experience with different lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health) is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience in driving sales results
- Familiarity with GEICO and GEICO-affiliated products, features, and tools
- Experience in developing local marketing plans and strategies
