      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Execute territory-specific strategy to achieve sales performance targets and establish customer relations
      - Develop and maintain strong working relationships with lab partners and customers
      - Monitor changes in the market and conduct ongoing analysis to optimize territory activities
      - Train Customer Service Personnel and lab representatives on premium branded products
      - Address customer needs proactively and resolve issues in a timely manner

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
      - 1 to 3 years of demonstrated sales experience
      - Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
      - Ability to travel up to 90% of the time within the territory
      - Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) per employer's policy

      - Demonstrated sales results in a similar role
      - Strong computer skills and proficiency in presentation techniques
      - Experience in customer service or client relations
