      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage a portfolio of clients, identifying revenue opportunities and prospective clients through various channels
      - Conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations to drive leads through the sales pipeline
      - Maintain accurate client records and activity reports in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
      - Stay updated on product/service offerings and industry developments to effectively assist clients
      - Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships throughout the sales cycle

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Valid Driver’s License is required
      - Successful completion of pre-employment background check and mandatory drug screening
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant B2B sales experience preferred
      - Must reside in the area relative to the job posting location

      - Proven track record of successful performance in previous sales roles
      - Experience with cold calling and direct sales
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
      - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
