What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of clients, identifying revenue opportunities and conducting face-to-face meetings to drive sales
- Maintain accurate client records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring timely reporting to management
- Continuously develop knowledge of the company's products and the payments industry to stay current on trends and offerings
- Collaborate with and manage 1-3 sales representatives to achieve team goals
- Respond to customer inquiries and deliver presentations to prospective clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field
- Proven ability in B2B sales and cold calling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Expert knowledge of the merchant payment industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional experience in managing sales teams
- Demonstrated successful performance in previous sales roles
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, particularly SalesForce.com
