What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Expand agency relationships to increase profit for the employer and its affiliated products
- Manage agents in a designated area through in-person, virtual, phone, and email communications
- Monitor agent performance and hold them accountable for achieving goals and objectives
- Conduct training sessions for agency staff on employer products and services
- Develop and implement local marketing plans and strategies to meet growth goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be able to perform essential functions including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking
- Minimum of 3 years of sales or relevant insurance experience
- Must have a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Strong organizational and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to learn and apply complex technical and procedural information

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience driving sales results in the insurance industry
- Familiarity with various lines of insurance (P&C, Commercial, Life/Health)
- Prior experience in claims preferred
